Tungsten E problem

Can anyone help with this issue?

I bought a Tungsten E, and the second button from the right doesn't work
too well. Sometimes it clicks OK, sometimes you have to really push it
hard. This isn't a problem with the other 3 buttons.

Anyway, took it back to the shop (although a different branch), and the
same thing happened again.

Is this meant to be a feature of the T|E or is there something wrong
with something more serious?

On my Tungsten-E, alle 4 buttons react equally well to being clicked.

On mine too. However as a new user I am apt to forget to use the keys at
all - doing everything via the stylus - am I developing bad habits?
